Privacy

AdvocateFlow holds case and client information that advocates are bound to keep confidential. This note says how it is handled.

What is stored

Each chamber's matters, hearings, parties, clients, documents, drafts, tasks, fees and messages, and the names, emails and phone numbers of its members. Every record belongs to one chamber and is visible only to that chamber's members, according to their role.

AI processing

AI features (summaries, case briefs, research answers, translation, OCR) run on a server the chamber or its host controls. Documents are not sent to outside AI companies. Web searches for research send only the search words, never client data.

Messages to clients

WhatsApp updates go only to clients who have consented, and every message sent is logged. Client status links show the next date, stage and order status only, and can be turned off or replaced at any time.

Your control

The advocate can export the chamber's complete records at any time. Every sign-in, change, download and AI action is recorded in the chamber's audit log.

Public pages

The free tools and guides do not require an account. Inputs to the free calculators are processed to show the result and are not saved.
