AdvocateFlow is a case-management and practice platform for advocates in India: court diary, matters, eCourts status, cause lists, process and certified-copy tracking, e-filing paper books, drafting, legal research with cited answers, GST invoices, limitation and MACT calculators, and an offline phone app. All AI runs on Surge Software's own server. Free for 3 months, then pay only for what you use.
Why it exists
Most of an advocate's working day is not argument. It is the diary, service of notice, certified copies, registry defects, paper books, client calls and fees. AdvocateFlow was built from what advocates describe as their daily blockers: dates lost between juniors, adjournments for want of service, filings rejected for defects, and clients calling after every hearing.
Principles
- Free for 3 months, then at cost. Everything is unlocked for your first 3 months. After that you pay only for what you use, at our cost, with no markup. Most of the app stays free.
- Private. AI runs on Surge Software's own server. Client files are never sent to an outside AI company, and each chamber can export all its records.
- No guessing. Deadlines come from written rules with every step shown. AI answers must cite the passage they come from; unknowns are marked for confirmation.
- Respect for court systems. AdvocateFlow never bypasses CAPTCHAs on eCourts or court websites.
